Ta-Cu sputtered on the parts exploited in the atmosphere of Cl, F, SO2,
H2S

Corrosion – erosion resisting consisting of TiN, (AlTi)N,
TaN, stainless steel +Cr+ Al sputtered on the parts exploited in the
weak acid solutions cum Cl & arenaceous quartz;

Heat resisting and wear-proof with low coefficient
of friction consisting of Cr-Ni-Co, Al-V-B, Cr-Ni-Al, Mo-Si, Ni-Cr,
Fe-Cr sputtered on the parts of internal-combustion and turbo-jet
engines;

Wear-proof and barrier with low coefficient of
friction consisting of carbides and carbo-nitrides of the refractory
metals, namely: V, Mo, Ta, Nb, Hf, Zr, Ti, Cr+Ni, Co, Mo2S
sputtered on cutting and metalworking tools;

Functional, protection-decorative consisting of Al,
Bronze, Brass, Ti, Zr, stainless steel, Nitrides of Ti, Zr, Cr
sputtered on the mass-production articles made of glass, ceramics,
plastics;

Functional and protection-decorative consisting of
– Al, Ag, Cr, Cr-Al, Ti-Cu, Ni, Cr, Sn, Cu sputtered on the coils of
steels and PVC;

Protective corrosion – erosion resisting consisting
of Ta, Ti, Zr, Ta-Nb-Ni, Ta-Ni+Nitrides of Zr,Ti, Cr sputtered on
internal surface of tubular articles with dia more than 18 mm and
length = 0,3m - 7,5 m.
