Center NETSI offers:
Alongside with the conventional types
of coatings and technologies for their deposition from non-ferrous
refractory metals, steels and alloys, nitrides, carbides, carbo-nitrides
a few unique deposition technologies of coatings (including special
methods for sputtering multicomponent film materials from mosaic
targets) have been worked out and are offered to our customers:
-
Coatings of various purposes from alloys which are
impossible to produce by the conventional metallurgical method, for
example: W-Cu, Ta-Cu, Cr-C.
-
Coatings from 2, 3, etc. nitrides, without using the
metallurgical method for manufacturing targets from alloys possessing a
high brittleness and a low plasticity, for example: (Ti-Al)N, (Zr-Ti-Al)N
-
Coatings
from carbides, including complex (2, 3 & 4 components), passing by
reactive interaction carbon gases with metal vapour.
-
Coatings
from carbides, including complex (2, 3 & 4 components), passing by
reactive interaction carbon gases with metal vapour.
-
Coatings from carbo-nitrides, including complex (2, 3
& 4 components), passing by the stage of forming carbides due to
reacting metal with carbon - containing gases.
-
Composite coatings such as лЕ-я, лЕ-б, лЕ-я-б, лЕ-лЕн
with nano-crystal structure.
-
Hard-alloy coatings such as WC-Co, W-Ti-C-Co with
nano-crystalline structure.
-
Hard-alloy coatings such as WC-Co, W-Ti-C-Co with
nano-crystalline structure.
-
Hard solid lubricant coatings on the basis of Me-C
where the metal share is 5-10 atom%.
-
Hard solid lubricant coatings on the basis of MoS2,
WS2, NbS2+MeN or MeC.
-
DLC coatings on the basis of i-C + MeC
-
Coatings from magnetic materials:
steels of ferritic and ferritic-martensitic classes, magnetic metals:
Fe, Ni, Co, and ⌠hard■ magnetic (coating sputtering at a high
deposition rate up to 50-100 microns/hr).
