Center NETSI
is a Private Innovative Organization uniting leading
Russian inventors/innovators of technologies, equipment and materials
for vacuum deposition of coatings from metals, alloys and chemical
compounds on various articles/parts made of metals, glass, ceramics,
plastics by utilising high-speed ionic - plasma sputtering.
On the basis of its own Russian
patents and "know-how", the
high-productive "hi-tech"
magnetron sputtering systems of planar and coaxial (tubular) types with
high concentration of the power density of discharge (> 102 W/ñm2),
serving as base for universal high productive installations of magnetron
deposition with relevant set of targets containing latest R&D findings
in both the material science and technology for getting the coatings
required with the given level of mechanical
and chemical properties, have been designed and are successfully
employed in the industry of Russia and other countries.
NETSI unites and
represents researches of advanced Hi-Tech processes
for the surface modification by modern electrophysical methods.
NETSI
pioneers in advancing a technology of XXI century which combines,
within one technological cycle of the same equipment, high
deposition rate of materials and their partial
or total melting down or implantation into the basic
material surface layers without interacting with the whole volume
of basic material. This technological concept
is a core of NETSI's new technologies.
NETSI’s
basic principles of Technical Cooperation in transferring vacuum
technologies for coatings deposition are based on the complex
“turn-key” approach to the solution of
customers technical problems, starting from selecting coatings
types and equipment, developing technologies and equipment up to
assembling production line and its putting
into operation, personnel training and subsequent
author supervision.
The
most significant feature of our technologies is the combination of
the most highly productive and universal methods for depositing
coatings and ionic surface treatment/preparation.
Pursuant to the wishes of a customer the multipurpose
installations/complexes of devices equipped
with 2 - 3 technologies (each technology is one type of
coating; one type of target material with the relevant control
procedure, treatment and deposition of
coatings on similar type of articles/parts from the same material)are
developed and manufactured.
As
per new innovation projects NETSI’s services cover R & D stage up to
the designing and manufacturing of industrial samples of
equipment for testing under industrial
production conditions, thus giving innovative technologies
cum equipment and target materials design.
